SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE:

I, HERMIE C. GALZOTE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with residence at Block 9 Lot 6 Capitol
Residences, Poblacion, Alabel, Sarangani Province, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my parents
ENRICO D. PASAPORTE, and MARIA L. PASAPORTE, Filipinos, both of legal age and residents of Purok
Maharlika, Poblacion, Alabel, Sarangani Province, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do any or all of the following acts and things, viz;

a. To make representations with and work out with any government entity such as the Register of Deeds,
Offices of the Assessment Division, and any government or private entity needed in the transfer of the
title in my name of a parcel of land of which I now am the absolute owner, more particularly described,
as follow:

“A parcel land known as Lot No. 140-D-2-A, PSD-12-036588, being a portion of Lot 140-D-2, Psd-
116301-040931, situated in the Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Alabel, Province of Sarangani,
Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the No., along line 1-2 by Lot 129-Pls-219; on the NE., and SE., along
lines 2-3-4 by Lot No. 140-D-2-D of the subd. Plan and on the SW., along 4-1 by Lot 140-Cm Psd-116301-
38127, containing an area of SIX HUNDRED NINETY SIX (696) Square Meters, more or less;

my rights thereto being supported by that certain document known as the ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE,
executed on the 29th day of March 2018, in TEXAS, and duly acknowledged before Notary Public, ALVARO
CARILLO, a Notary Public, in the State of Texas;

b. To sign any and all papers, documents, or instruments, necessary to carry into full effect the afore-
stated delegated special powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into full effect the afore-stated delegated special
powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do or cause to be done if personally
present in person and RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
