We are sorry for the loss of your glasses within the plane. As The flight stopped briefly at
Chicago O’Hare, where you got off the plane for half an hour. When you returned to your seat,

As flight attendants usually announce that the plane is continuing to another city and that
passengers who are returning should take their belongings. Cabin cleaning crews speed through
planes removing newspapers, magazines, leftover foods, and trash. Airlines feel no

We have found that our company Intramural Sports teams have been a great success and that
many of you are participants on one of the eight teams. Our once a week team nights are
helping build employee relationships through this out of the office interaction.

It has come to our attention that several employees have brought up the idea of allowing
employee spouses & friends to participate on the company sports teams. While it would be
great to play with family & friends, at this time the company is going to remain with the current
policy that only employees are allowed to participate in company sports teams. The purpose of
teams to design was to improve employee friendships and to give employees a regular
occasion to have fun together.

As schedule has been already made, by adding more people into the team will create the
problems and whole tournament will be unbalanced. We are here not to compromise your
enjoyments at any cost due to disturbance that is going to eat your fun. Therefore only team
and company members are allowed to participate in the paper company sports event.

We do understand the need for social time with friends & families, therefore company is going
to sponsor a family holiday & a high level of an annual company picnic as usual.
