Mechanical

1) PCW tank inlet filter's inlet flange has no gasket.

2) 3 way valve before GN 370X and 371 X has no gasket at its surrounding flanges.
3) Rotary dryer to GN 371X water D/S not connected. (6"-PCW - 118- 4846- A1K)
4) Rotary Dryer filter to be cleaned and fitted back
5) Gn 370X to solid waste is on loose bolts to be tightened.
6) GN 371 X to Rotary dryer has a flange with no gasket.
7) Connector / Box outlet flange (upstream of Classifier) does not have gasket.
8) Rotary dryer's some clamps are missing.
9) Fan's suction line all the flanges bolts are loose.

Instrumentation
1) Dry outlet / classifier bypass line gate switch not working from manual mode, while switching
towards              THROUGH side some sound is coming near solenoid.
2)  Dry outlet / classifier bypass line gate switch's instrument air line flange has heavy leakage.

Operation
1) 3 way valve going to GN 370X and 371X DCS operation to be checked.
