    Subject: Cambodia Local charge (THC & CIC & EHB &DOC & SEAL FEE Adjustment)

    We kindly inform to adjust KHTHC rate for the shipments to and from Cambodia, and implement CIC
    (CONTAINER INBALANCE CAHRGE) for Cambodia inbound shipments and EHB (EQUIPMENT IMBALANCE
    CHARGE) as followings:

    1. New standard for Terminal Handling charge (THC) (Both inbound and outbound)
    USD 130/180 per 20’GP/40’GP/HC/RF
    USD 180/240 per 20’OT /40’ OT
    USD 200/260 per 20’FR/40’FR
    2. Container In Balance Charge (only for inbound shipments): USD 15/30 per 20’/40’/40'RF/40'FR
    3. Equipment Handling charge (only for inbound shipments): USD 5/10 per 20’/40’40'RF/40'FR
    4. Doc fee: USD 50 per set (only both outbound & inbound shipment).
    5. Seal fee USD 7 per seal (only for outbound shipment).
    6. AFR /AMS filling USD 30 per BL (only for outbound shipment).

    Above Standard Local charge will effective from 15 JULY 2016, Based on ETD for out bound and ETA for
    inbound shipments of Cambodia.
