1. Scatter Plot

- The horizontal axis is a timeline



- The vertical axis represents the cycle time in days

- Each spot on the scatter plot represents a “done” task on a given date

- The horizontal percentile lines indicate what is the probability 



(95%, 85%, 70%) that you finish a task in a given cycle time (or faster)

From this scatter plot we read out there is 95% probability to complete a task in
4 days or less

- The horizontal axis is the cycle time in days



- The vertical axis is the number of workitems in the period

- The important part of the chart is its tail. The longer the tail,
t the less predictable your estimations will be
