The famous Steve Jobs once said, “Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me.
Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful, that's what matters to me.”

I too am of the same opinion. I am not amused by various e-commerce start-ups: centred around a
similar idea. I would much rather go into unchartered waters; look for challenges in day to day life.
The numerous opportunities at ISB for experimental learning like the Student Entrepreneurship
Programme can help me identify various challenges and work towards overcoming them.

As leader of various clubs and associations in college, I faced and solved several logistical problems
during events. They made me realize the importance of operations in real life situations, and taught
me never to overlook any detail.

I am always willing to work tirelessly for something I believe in. I have proven myself in the past and
have given my body and soul for the responsibilities that I have been entrusted with it in school and
college. I am the sum of my experiences, and I want to put some of this to better use. I am looking
forward to be a part of the Entrepreneurs Development Initiative at ISB, which can help me in
creating or co-founding my own start-up.

The Entrepreneur and Venture Capital Club at ISB will provide additional insights of like-minded
people and give me an opportunity to work with more experienced entrepreneurs.

I am absolutely certain that given a chance I’ll be able to prove myself worthy of the ISB young
leaders’ programme. ISB can help me improve myself and prepare me for my future career path, and
I hope that ISB too can benefit from my experiences and knowledge both during my stay at ISB and
after becoming an ISB alumnus.
