According to the executives’ opinions, they prefer to travel by a comfortable airline in order to rest from the
last-minute trip. They also like to stay at a hotel that offers proximity because it limits in-city travel time.
Therefore, this means more time to get work done. Executives also are interested in fitness centers so that they
can stay active, as well as in healthy dining options, preferably via room service, so as to keep working while
they are eating.

In conclusion, the data shows some unexpected results. The expenses seem to be higher than expected, in order
to meet the needs of our executives. The recommendations are both to find an airline that provides basic
commodities in first-class and to find a hotel with a good catering service near to the conference center. They
have to afford the other expenses, like the fitness center, and if they prefer healthy dining options, the room
service will also be available.
