people, they should communicate with professionalism at the same time with respect, not just to your
workers but also to the owners and to the people involved in the project.

I think when your in a project, you should focus on your own work, as an office engineer you
should always finish and do your job as your boss ask you to do. Don’t interrupt others work unless you
already finish yours. That way you can help others and share your knowledge without delaying your own
project.

Most of the time when you need something like papers or designs from the bosses you also
need to borrow plans because if you didn’t present those plans they will ask for revisions.

order or sometimes you used to change an item that you have to make a variation order, so you have to
communicate with then so they can check the changes.
