As much as | miss a physically complete legal team, the following adjustments must be implemented within the law office: 1. Atthe slightest sign of fever, cough, or colds, do not go to the office anymore. We can plan for alternative work set-up for you. Just let Barbie know beforehand. 2. Asyoumay know, we have implemented a rotational work arrangement since early March. We will continue doing that for the time being. 3. Limit face-to-face transactions with clients. Let's use technology to our advantage. 4. For those who will be coming in to the office, diligently observe health protocols prescribed by the DOH, ie., physical distancing, frequent handwashing, use of alcohol, and the use of face masks/face shields. All these things are available in the office. 5. Let’s have lunch in our own work stations for now. 6. Rule of thumb: if pleadings can be done at home, then do it where you are safe. Our set- up provides for at least one lawyer and one liaison officer every day, so signatories for pleadings and mailing would not be a problem 7. Should there be any concerns or help needed, whether personal or professional, let me know. Remember that we are all in this together, and we can get through this, as always. Thank you.
