 Training: Training on health and safety should be providing to employees to
make environment safer.

employees. They have to organise some social events on SHE.

towards safety.

4. Conclusion
The main focus of this report is on implementation of rules and regulation and benefits earn
by senior management commitment towards occupational health and safety in Henkel iberica
case study. It can be concluded that OHSM, HRM and benefits are related to each other.
HRM plays very important role in occupational health and safety management. Strong HRM
can provide and audit the implementation of SHE standards at regular intervals to make
workplace environment safer for work. Implementation of SHE standards will rise the profit
of the company and reduce the injury time lost.

5. Recommendations

 Different safety equipments should be installed in the workplace, so that during


emergency it will help to fight against hazard. Some safety equipments like gloves,
nose mask, fire extinguishers, ear plugs etc.
 Some mock drills should be organized on monthly basis to fight against dangerous
situation in workplace.
 A doctor and psychology counselors should be appointed for employees to fight
against stress. So that they can work in organization with full concentration.
 Different color coding should be used in industry on equipments to recognize the
danger like red color coding for dangerous material, green for safe material.

 Senior management and workers meetings should be organized to understand the


importance of health and safety on work.
 Employees should eat nutritious food and also to drink more water so that they will
protect their self from dehydration
