case study. It can be concluded that OHSM, HRM and benefits are related to each other.
HRM plays very important role in occupational health and safety management. Strong HRM
can provide and audit the implementation of SHE standards at regular intervals to make
workplace environment safer for work. Implementation of SHE standards will rise the profit
of the company and reduce the injury time lost.
