Mercu Buana University is a private university in Jakarta.

Mercu Buana University was founded by Hajj Probosutedjo on

November 10, 1981. Mercu Buana University itself was officially
established on October 22, 1985.

Mercu buana university has many study programs, such as the planning
and design faculty, the computer science faculty, the engineering
faculty, the economics and business faculty, the communication science
faculty and the psychology faculty

The naming of Mercu Buana is based on the determination and

commitment of the founders of Mercu Buana University to give their
best to improve the quality of education and intelligence of the
Indonesian Nation.

Mercu Buana university has three campuses that are both located in
Jakarta.

The first campus is located on Jalan Meruya Selatan, Kembangan, West

Jakarta. This campus is often called the Meruya campus.

The second campus is located at Jalan Menteng Raya No 29, Jakarta

Pusat. This campus is often called the Menteng campus.

The third campus is located at Jalan Warung Buncit Raya No. 98, South
Jakarta. This campus is often called the Warung Buncit campus
Management is a study program that studies about how to manage a
company or organization. Management is also included in the fields of
business and economics, but is more focused on the activities of
managing, planning, and managing (management) all processes in the
company to achieve goals.

Mercu Buana has 5 management concentrations :

First financial management, second marketing management, third

natural resource management, fourth operational management, fifth
tourism management

Courses I studied in management semester 2 are Introduction to

Management, Macro Economics, Computer Based Accounting,
Taxation, Islamic Education, Citizenship, Indonesian Language, English
Course.
