1. List of stores that have been closed due to COVID situation –

a. Additional non visit reason added as “Store Closed – Corona Outbreak. Image
capture mandatory. (Please check option available)
b. In case where the field person was not able to go to the store in case of lockdown
etc, addition remark as ‘Could not reach store”
2. List of stores that were open and we were able to man – “Can be pulled from Coverage”
3. List of stores that were open however we were not able to arrange a resource to reach the
store – ** To be provided by NPMs with Parinaam id and store name, will be matched with
coverage data of the day and remarks.

Steps :
 Insights to publish the collective overage report of all projects, of the 2 remarks given in
point 1 and point 2 by 3:30 pm to the respective NPMs and BU heads.
 NPMs to verify the report and send us their approval or inputs by 4:30 pm.
 NPMs to send the list of point 3 stores by 2:00 pm to the assigned insights person.
 Assigned person to collate the list and disseminate to concerned stakeholders.
