Z. Excellency, it is to inform you with grave concem that recently push in attempts (specially
mentally retarded personnel) by BSF inside Bangladesh have intensified in a great deal. The
number of such attempts (in addition to the previous cases of April 2020 protested vide the
reference) have drawn the attention of our authority, and logically makes us anxiously curious
about the intension of such push in inside Bangladesh :

3. Excellency, these sorts of push in attempts are clear and deliberate violation of Joint
lndia-Bangladesh Guide Lines for Border Authorities 1975, and CBMP. lt is no denying fact that
we are maintaining very trustvvorthy relations and always upholding the rules and regulations.
But such unprofessional actions by BSF is scaring the harmony between the two border
guarding forces and creating dissatisfaction among the bordering people. Excellency, I do lodge
a strong protest against such attempts of push in by your men inside Bangladesh'
