To whom it may concern:

I want to make a formal complaint to the company. I had bought a ticket for the
train of 6:00 o clock to Cleveland. Near to the hour to the trip, a worker made an
announcement. He said that all the trips to Cleveland had been canceled because
there was bad weather.
I was a little nervous. The next day, I was going to have a meet very important
with businessmen and I couldn´t suspend it.
So, I went with the manager of the place to ask him kindly ¿What do I can do?. His
attitude was disappointing. At first, he ignored me then he told me that he didn't
know and came into his office quickly.
I was desperate because nobody knew to give me a solution. Imagine a lady with a
lot of baggage and alone in a dark station in the middle of the night. It was horrible.
I had no choice but to return to the hotel and call the businessmen for canceled the
meet.
For your fault, I lost a millionaire contract. For your fault, I lost a millionaire
contract. I have contacts and with their help, I will make close this place.
