Cost calculating sheet: In which I can calculate my per product cost.

And also I can do any changes to


change cost.

Profit & loss: In which I can get my profit & loss details of the product sale and in its manufacturing.

Break even point: In this I want to know the exact time period at which I will start to gain profit in
the product and also to know how much should be the sale and manufacturing of product to gain
profit.

Margin calculator: In this I want the margin for the distributer in which I can calculate the
distributer, stockist & retails margins to be provide for sale.

Product manufacturing details:

Plant capacity of production is 300 kg per day and the shift is for 10 hrs for 25 days.

Product is popcorn in five different flavour that are Cheese & Chilli, lemon chatpata, butter salt,
tomato and peri peri popcorn.

Product is in pouch packaging with brand name PAPACORN.

MRP cost if 5 rps.

Corn 300 kg per day

Oil 65 litre per day

Flavours 50 kg per days.

Packet size is 12 gram each.

Per day production of pouch is approximate 25000.

Building rent 40000 rupees


Costing:

Primary packaging (pouch) 1 rupees each.

Secondary packaging bag 15 rupees in which 220 packets.

Corn 70 to 90 rupees.

Oil 80 to 100 rupees.

Flavours 150 to 250 rupees.

Labour salary is 10000 rupees per month each for 4 labours.

Machine operator 15000 rupees per month.

Electricity 15000 rupees per month approximate.

Transport cost will depend at the time of delivery to particular location.

Gst 12% tax.
