HOW TO REDUCE STRESS

What is stress? Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or
threat. I believe everyone will have their own stress. Since stress is a part of our life,
it is essential that we learn how to deal with it.
For instance, we should take time to relax. It can help us to reduce stress. We
can do anything that we like such as listening to music, taking a walk or reading a
book. After a short break, we will feel refreshed and more able to solve a problem.
Besides, we can try to not set a very high standards to ourselves. If we aim
perfection all the time, we will end up stressed out. Therefore, we should learn to
always look at positive side of things. Then, our negative stressful feelings will
disappear.
In conclusion, stress may be unavoidable so we should know how to deal with it.
Life is getting better once our stress is controlled.
