BIYO Director SUBJECT Re-hiring of Scholarship Project Staff for First Semester of CY 2020 DATE 19 December 2019 For the efficient implementation of DOST-SEI Scholarship Programs in the regions and identified universities, re-hiring of project staff for the First Semester of CY 2020 is necessary to undertake the various activities of the scholarship programs which include among others, monitoring the academic performance of the scholars, processing of scholarship application, tracking of scholar-graduates, conducting the S&T learning support mechanisms, maintaining the personal data and academic records of the scholars, preparing and disbursing the scholarship funds in accordance with the approved sub-line-item budgets (sub-LIBs) and the accounting and auditing rules. The number of project staff allotted in the regions and identified universities shall be the same as in the Second Semester of CY 2020 with the following position titles and salary rates based on the DOST Special Order No. 0561 S. of 2019 dated June 6, 2019 re-CY 2019 Prescribed Salary Rates for DOST Grant-in-Aids (GIA) Personnel.
