Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited was incorporated as a public limited company in June, 1983 under the
Companies Act, 1913 in Pakistan. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and
sale of agricultural tractors, generators, implements and spare parts and providing irrigation
solutions for agriculture. The Company is a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim Industries Company LLC,
U.A.E. AGTL was the first automobile company in Pakistan to earn the IS0-9002 certificate
Austerity and primacy of efficiency being settled wisdom at AL-Ghazi, AGTL's core strategy has
been to be the lowest cost producer of the highest quality products. Millat tractors limited is the
strong competitor of Al Ghazi Tractors.

Pakistan Reinsurance Company limited (PRCL)

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited was established as Pakistan Insurance Corporation in

1952 under PlC Act 1952 in order to support local insurance industry. It is the sole reinsurance
organization operating in Pakistan. PRCL is a public sector company under the administrative
control of the Ministry of Commerce. The Company headed by a Chairperson, supported by a
strong team of professionals who manage the business affairs of the Company effectively. The
Company is supervised by the Board of Directors. Amongst which seven are nominated by the
Federal Government, whereas, the other directors are elected by the shareholders who enjoy
excellent repute within the business community. The prime objective of PRCL is the
development of insurance and reinsurance business in Pakistan. The company provides insurance
solutions to departments including Aviation, Marine Cargo, Marine Hull, Engineering, Fire and
Accident. The company is a national reinsurer playing its role in the economic development of
Pakistan. It provides reinsurance protection to the local insurance industry in view of treaty and
facultative business as well as managing insurance schemes assigned by the Federal Government
of Pakistan.
