Joginder sing, a soldier who fought and survived Indo-Pakistani war,1965. He was hero of his town.

He became pride of his parents. He was role model of his brother. But there was something
disturbing him…. He started to getting scary nightmares. Nightmares about losing his friends in war.
He couldn’t sleep. He tried so hard to ignore those nightmares. But they getting worst. Where his
family was so proud of him, he started to fear to be in war again. Those nightmares made him
weaker. Even when he went for health checkup to the hospital, he couldn’t able to look at blood. His
fear has been getting more and more. He started psychotherapy. His therapist suggested to do yoga.
But that don’t help much. His therapist suggested him to go peaceful places. From childhood he liked
to go to the beach. So, he went to the beach. He thought sea’s waves crashing sound will help him.
But he felt fear even when he gets to the sea. He got more depressed. One day, he got duty call. So,
he went back to war zone. His nightmare gets more scarier and his fear has increased. The fear was
inside him, part of him; he cannot escape it so long as he was there, in war zone. He realized he will
not find peace until he will be home. He needed to feel safe and secure. If he made it to home safe
and alive.
