Started investigation, when Hong Kong protest the Taiwan elections the US-China Trade

According to the CCP, the virus started spontaneously in the seafood market in Wuhan China.

Part 1 (The Story of the Wuhan Seafood Market)

Wuhan capital of Hubei Province, located in Zhang Han district the seafood market.

The first thing that received public attention about the epidemic was from the notice of Wuhan Health
Commission, continuous occurrence of pneumonia cases of unknown cause, (issued on December 30,
2019).
December 31 – Public Notice, (found the link between the unknown pneumonia cases and the one on
seafood market, (no evidence that its caused by human to human transmission and no infection among
medical personnel)

January 1, 2020 (closure and thorough clean up of the seafood market and seemed rushed)

Wonhee – a well known Hongkong Expert (the move was like destroying the crime scene)

January 26- Institute of biology of China CDC announced that 33 of the 585 environmental samples from
the Huanan Seafood market were found to contain the novel corona virus nucleic acid.

At that point, Huanan Seafood market being the suspected source of the epidemic became an official
conclusion.

A paper in The Lancet (one of the world’s top medical journals), entitled Clinical features of patients
infected with 2019 novel coronavirus in Wuhan, China, questioned the origin of Ncov at the market of
Wuhan China. (published in The Lancet on January 24, Author: Pong Sean Lin, deputy director of Jin
Linton Hospital, first designated hospital for the unknown Pneumonia in Wuhan.

- An epidemiologist at the University of Georgetown said, (if the paper published on The Lancet
were accurate, the first patient would have been infected by the virus already in November
2019 because of the incubation period between infection and symptoms, this would mean the
virus is spreading between people in some parts of Wuhan before the cluster of cases with the
history of exposure to the Huanan Seafood market, meaning Wuhan Seafood market may not be
source of novel virus spreading globally, and also the virus came into that marketplace before it
came out of that market place (because Wuhan seafood market cases began on December 15)

First expert group from the National Health commission arrived in Wuhan (December 31), the panel set
criteria after investigating Jinyoung thanh hospital of Wuhan

January 10 – China disclosed the full genome sequence of the Wuhan Novel Coronovirus

January 7 – Jaliong Chen, from National institute of Communicable disease control intervention

- He submitted a paper entitled, “A new coronavirus associated with human respiratory disease in
China” – saying that the Wuhan coronavirus is closely related to the two viruses (CoVZC45 and
CoVZXC21) sampled from bats in Zhoushan by the People’s Liberation Army
- 89.1% nucleotide similarity with the Sarbecovirus Bat-SL-COVZC45 strain virus and 100% amino
acid similarity in the NSP7 and envelope proteins.
- after the paper was published, Scientist used blast a program used to compare the viral
sequence based on the data submitted by Chinese authorities on January 12 th, matched with
John’s findings

Lu Rajan from the Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, also published a paper in The
Lancet on January 30, the paper stated that the Wuhan virus has an 88% similarity to two bat- derived
severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)- like coronaviruses, bat-SL-CoVZC45 and bat-SL-CoVZXC21,
collected in 2018 in Zhoushan, Eastern China, (79% SARS-CoV) and (50% MERS-CoV)

Phylogenetic analysis revealed the ncov fell within the subgenus Sarbecovirus of the genus
Betacoronavirus, and had similar receptor-binding domain structure to that of SARS-CoV, despite amino
acid variation at some key residues

Earliest discovery of this bat derived viruses by an expert from the Research Institute for Medicine of
Nanjing Command (submitted on 05-Jan-2018) on the paper published entitled (Genomic
characterization and infectivity of a novel SARS-like coronavirus in Chinese bats from Zhoushan City
(ZHOUSHAN VIRUS).

According to Dr. Sean Lin, Given that the novel corona virus is 100% similar amino acid of the previous
Sars virus from bats, they are suggesting maybe the virus could be generated with reverse-engineering
process.

According to Judy Mikovits (PhD), 100% same amino acid means it can’t possibly be a natural mutation.

January 21 – Institut Pasteur of Shanghai Chinese Academy of Sciences published a paper in Science
China Life Sciences entitled “Evolution of the novel coronavirus from the ongoing Wuhan outbreak and
modeling of its spike protein for risk of human transmission, mentioning an important phenomenon that
the sequence of a key part of s protein of Wuhan virus has high homology with the SARS virus , S
proteins are known as spine proteins or spike proteins, the most important tool for the corona virus to
invade human cells .

Comparing receptor a ce2 on the cell surface of human bodies to a lock this s protein is the key which
can unlock this lock on the cell surface and then invade into the cell to propagate and destroy it, that
means the virus can attack human cell much easier.

According to Judy, S- protein is the lock and key, that’s what drives it right through human cells and so
we know that’s the pathogenic spike protein that for the original SARS, they allowed its access to human
tissues because spike proteins of the natural evolutionary strains don’t infect human cells at all.

According to Wuhan’s continual research from 2007, the original SARS 1 don’t invade human cells, given
that SARS 2 or Covid 19 has similar S-proteins, it shouldn’t be able to enter human cells, it concludes
that this is an evidence that the novel corona virus couldn’t go from the Wuhan Seafood Market.

February 28, report in the South China Morning (Chinese Laboratory (Shanghai P3 Lab) that first shared
coronavirus genome with world ordered to close for ‘rectification’, hindering its Covid 19 research

According to a report in Caixin, On January 5, Zhang Yongzhen’s team solated and completed the
genome sequence of the previously unknown virus. On the same day, Shanghai Public Health Clinical
Center & School of Public Health, Fudan University, Shanghai, China reported this discovery to the
National Health Commission and recommended prevention measures. No response was received as of
January 11. It was then the team decided to publicize the virus genome sequence on virological.org
becoming the first team to do so in the world.

WHO (Hubei?) Health Committee notified genome sequencing organizations on January 1 st saying,
“Existing virus samples must be destroyed. Information about the samples, related papers and related
data are all prohibited from release.”

January 3, China’s National Health Commission distributed notification letter 2020 number 3, with the
similar direction, afterwards the active Chinese scientific community suddenly fell into an eerie silence.

What was the Chinese Communist Party trying to hide?

- The Chinese Government seemed like censoring these information, they do not allow the
symbols to be sequenced or to be published or submitted to the gene bank.
According to Gordon Chang, the government’s response is troubling, ignored for six weeks and allow to
spread around China, tried to get other countries to not protect themselves, endangering not only the
Chinese People but people around the world.

The virus and its effects globally are all directly attributable to the Chinese Communist Party according

The Discoveries of Dr. Shi Zhengli

Shi Zhengli, expert on bats and coronaviruses, first to locate how coronaviruses can overcome cross
species barriers in order to directly infect human bodies, said that SARS virus is the result of
restructuring of multiple SARS like coronaviruses found in bats, in fact she was famous for her paper on
2015, discussing Synthetic viruses.

Published 4 papers, Shi and her team 2010 – onwards, identifying the capacity for coronavirus
transmission across species specifically putting the spotlight on the s protein of the corona viruses

Her team’s research in the Wuhan lab has been looking into the part that can make corona viruses
transmittable to humans.

June 2010. Shi Zhengli published a paper entitled, describing the susceptibility “Angiotensin-
converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) proteins of different bat species confer variable susceptibility to SARS-
CoV entry”

In the experiments they also modified key amino acid condoms to mutate the bats ACE2 to examine
compatibility with the SARS s protein. This paper demonstrated their awareness of the special
relationship between the S protein and the human ACE2 receptor. It also signified that Shi Zhengli had
unearthed the passageway for coronaviruses into human bodies.

October 2013. She and her team published in Authoritative Science Journal Nature. Claimed a
breakthrough in the coronavirus research. They successfully isolated three viruses from bats one of
which with an S protein that integrated with human ACE2 receptors, effectively demonstrating the
direct human infection of SARS-like viruses to humans without the need for intermediate host

November 2015. Shi Zhengli, published a paper in the british journal Nature medicine, discussing the
creation of a synthetic virus, a self-replicating chimeric virus using the SARS-CoV reverse genetics system
with the key S protein replaced by the one they had found in a bat coronavirus. This new virus
demonstrated a powerful ability for cross-species infection. The mice infected with the synthetic virus
revealed severe lung damage with no cure, this symbolized that she’s successful splicing of the SARS
virus was a key to open the door to the cross-species transmission. She tried to simulate this virus with
primates, and her move to research on primates suggest this was to more closely simulate the infection
of humans, with this new synthetic virus.
Her researches started controversies and quickly triggered debates for the academic community.
Simon Wain Hobson (Pasteur Institute in Paris) points out that the researchers have created a novel
virus that “grow remarkably well” in human cells. “If the virus escaped, nobody could predict the
trajectory” , propagation could happen anyway.

Additional studies stated the idea that this new corona virus came from a recombination event.

November 14, 2018. She spoke at the School of Life Sciences and biotechnology at Shanghai Jiaotong
University with the topic bat coronavirus and it’s cross-species infection.

October 16, 2014. Obama administration wary of the potential threats to public health from the gain-of-

and SARS, they discovered that 2019 nCoV had FOUR new sequences inserted all of which can be
found in HIV sequences through research on GenBank.

Shi Zhengli discredited and disagreed that the novel coronavirus is synthetic but she did not deny the
existence of the four inserted sequences. However, scientist from Genbank found that there were
only three viruses containing all the sequences, the first is the HIV virus itself, 2 nd is a bat coronavirus
discovered by Shi and the 3rd is this new Wuhan Coronavirus.

HIV’s gp41, protein of HIV that acts as the key to infecting human bodies resulting in the functional
failure of the immune system.

According to Judy’s research, the infectious part of the wuhan virus, the s-protein, incorporated with the
sequence of the HIV key protein, this gp41.

According to Gen, Shi and her team did a research on a human transmittable corona virus that was
actually published in a paper. Why would they be creating a corona virus that can infect humans?
What was the purpose of that research? Was it to create a weapon, and they can be the sole creator
of vaccine and sole recipient of profits.

According to Gordon Chang, China’s attack to United States is continuous, and shows that China is
desperate.

Part IV. The Secret of the Wuhan P4 Laboratory

January 23, 2020. Wuhan Virus exploded. As Wuhan announced a city lockdown, Shi Zhengli and her
team released a paper stating that the Wuhan Coronavirus was a probable that origin. Published on
February 3. Indicated that the Wuhan Virus utilized the same key as SARS to gain entry into the human
body.

She also announced the 2019 nCoV genome sequencer was 96.2% consistent with a bat coronavirus
originatin in Wuhan china called RaTG13 (BatCoVRaTG13), detected in Rhinolophus affinis, signaling a
NATURAL SOURCE OF THE WUHAN VIRUS. However, Shi Zhengli’s assortment was doubtful, the virus
started at Wuhan, the same location as the P4 laboratory where she was based and which housed highly
similar viruses. Implying common sense, the government should first investigate the P4 laboratory for
maybe possible leakages, but instead, they directed public attention from the P4 Laboratory to the
Wuhan seafood market that SOLD NO BATS and designated it as the origin of the disease. AT THE
SAME TIME, AUTHORITIES SEALED OFF ALL VIRUS SAMPLES, PREVENT INTERNATIONAL EXPERTS
FROM JOINING THE INVESTIGATION AND USED NATIONAL TELEVISTION TO SLANDER DOCTORS SUCH
AS LI REN LIAN WHO DISCLOSED THE OUTBREAK FOR SPREADING RUMORS.

If it comes out naturally why would the CCP CENSOR RELEVANT NEWS OR BLOCK INVESTIGATIONS.

According to Gordon Chang, almost every disease that starts in China begins in Guangdong province that
surrounds Hong Kong, and Wuhan is in the central part of the country, meaning it was quite unusual.

Theory of P4 Lab origin

Wuhan having the most virology institutes remained quiet as the outbreak goes. Implying common
sense, given that situation, Wuhan should be first line in working around the clock attempting to control
the disease like this. The virus that so closely fits the type of viruses its scientists were researching.

Wuhan Institute displayed a series of abnormal events since the start of 2020

January 2. The Director-General of the Institute sent an email to all internal staff. The subject was,
“Notice regarding the strict prohibition of disclosure of any information related to the Wuhan
unknown pneumonia”

National Health Commission clearly mandates that all detection, empirical data, results and
conclusions related to this outbreak cannot be published on self-media or social media, nor disclosed
to any media (including state media) or collaborative organizations (including any technical service
companies).

January 21. A new drug “Remdesvir”, provided for free by the US to China for Wuhan Coronavirus
treatment, was patented by Wuhan Institute of Virology.

February 3. Dr. Wu Xiaohua blew the whistle using his real name that Shi Zhengli’s haphazard
laboratory management may have led the Wuhan virus to leak from the lab.

February 4. Chariman of Duoyi, Xu Bo, blew the whistle using his real name that the Wuhan Institute
of Virology was suspected manufacturing and leaking the Wuhan Virus.

February 7. “Top Biochemcal Weapon Expert” of the People’s Liberation Army, Chen Wei, officially
assumed control over Wuhan Institute of Virology’s P4 Laboratory

February 14. Chinese Leader Xi Jinping called for the inclusion of biosecurity into China’s national
security framework, and to accelerate the introduction of a biosecurity law.
February 15. The Institute refuted rumors that female Graduate Huan Yanling was patient zero, and
had perished. However, Huang’s photo, CV and thesis were all removed from the Institute’s official
website, leaving only her name.

February 17. Institute researcher, Chen Quanjiao, blew the whistle that Director-General of the
Institute, Wang Yanyi was suspected of leaking the virus.

January 23. The day Wuhan was lockdown. French website revealed many details of the collaboration
between France and China to establish the P4 laboratory

government to build a virology research center of the highest level, P4 laboratory was constructed with

Minheng from 1999-2011, Chen Zhu 2000-2007

Jian Mianheng. was the eldest son of EX-CCP LEADER JIANG ZEMIN.
