1. Título: Health Advertising on Short-Video Social Media: A Study on User Attitudes Based on the
Extended Technology Acceptance Model
2. Año de publicación: 2020
3. Resumen
a. Introducción (resumen)
Social media is one of the most promising tools in the digital advertising environment [1,2].
Since 2016, short video has become an important field for the expansion of social media such as
Tik Tok, Facebook live, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Douyin (Chinese), and Douyu (Chinese).
These real-time interactive information platforms provide a free and easy-to-access online
resource for live videos for anchors and viewers. For example, Figure 1 shows a typical short
video (15 s by default) on the largest Chinese live-video platform Douyin
(https://www.douyin.com/), where people can use self-generated videos to share with others
something interesting, such as new products and nice places. In Figure 1, the user is introducing
a new Swisse product from Australia. So far, short video has gradually developed into a popular
social media channel. For example, a recent report showed that the number of short-video
users in China had reached 422 million
b. Objetivo
we propose four new antecedents including social interaction, intrusiveness, informativeness, and
relevance into the original TAM to reflect the features of short-video social networks. Second,
we introduce two mediator variables including perceived usefulness and attitude so that we can
better study how different factors affect user acceptance of health-related short-video ads. We
perform a survey on the Internet and conduct an empirical analysis of the surveyed data. The
results show that the four antecedents as well as the perceived ease of use have significant
influences on perceived usefulness, attitude, and purchase intention.
c. Teorías
Social interaction of health-related short-video ads positively affects users’ perceived usefulness
d. Metodología
We mainly conducted questionnaires on users who have online shopping experiences due to
mobile live ads, so that we could gain useful feedback from experienced users on short-video
platforms. The data for this study were collected using an online survey in Douyu.com (a famous
short-video platform in China) during January 2018, which lasted for three weeks.
e. Resultados
The results show that social interaction, intrusiveness, informativeness, relevance, and the TAM
factors (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) have a significant influence on user
acceptance of health-related short-video ads. Further, we find that users’ perceived ease of use
on health-related short-video ads cannot significantly predict users’ attitudes toward ads. This is
a new finding that is contrary to previous studies in social media-oriented ads.

1. Título: Exploring the role of social media in collaborative learning the new domain of learning
2. Año de publicación: 2020
3. Resumen:
a. Introducción (resumen)
Use of social media and mobile devices presents both advantages as well as challenges, mostly
its benefits seen in terms of accessing course contents, video clip, transfer of the instructional
notes etc. Overall students feel that social media and mobile devices are the cheap and
convenient tools of obtaining relevant information. Studies in western countries have
confronted that online social media use for collaborative learning has a significant contribution
to students’ academic performance and satisfaction (Zhu, 2012).
b. Objetivo
This study is an attempt to examine the application and usefulness of social media and mobile
devices in transferring the resources and interaction with cademicians in higher education
institutions
c. Teorías
The technological innovation and increased use of the internet for e-learning by the students in
higher education institutions has brought revolutionary changes in communication pattern.
d. Metodología
To check the students’ perception on social media for collaborative learning in higher education
institutions, Data were gathered both offline and online survey administered to students from
one public university in Eastern India (BBAU, Lucknow). For the sake of this study, indicators of
interactivity with peers and teachers, the items of students engagement, the statement of social
media for collaborative learning, and the elements of students’ academic performance were
adopted from (AL-Rahmi & Othman, 2013). The statement of online knowledge sharing
behaviour was taken from (Ma & Yuen, 2011).
e. Resultados
Use of social media for collaborating learning has a significant positive association with online
knowledge sharing behaviour (β = .583, p < 0.001), meaning thereby that the more intense use
of social media for collaborative learning by university students, the more knowledge sharing
between peers and colleagues. Also, interaction with the teacher seen the significant statistical
positive association with students engagement

1. Título: Health Communication Through News Media During the Early Stage of the COVID-19
Outbreak in China: Digital Topic Modeling Approach
2. Año de publicación: 2020
3. Resumen:
a. Introducción:
The rapid spread of COVID-19 has already caused great public attention and many heated
discussions, and the Chinese mass media have been reporting relevant information about the
virus and the outbreak. As effective public health measures are required to be implemented in
time to avoid the breakdown of the health system [5], the media can certainly play a crucial role
in conveying updated policies and regulations from authorities to the citizens.

b. Objetivos

The aim of this study was to collect media reports on COVID-19 and investigate the
patterns of media-directed health communications as well as the role of the media in this
ongoing COVID-19 crisis in China.

c. Teoría
As this dreadful disease spreads rapidly, the mass media has been active in community
education on COVID-19 by delivering health information about this novel coronavirus,
such as its pathogenesis, spread, prevention, and containment.
d. Metodología
We adopted the WiseSearch database to extract related news articles about the coronavirus from
major press media between January 1, 2020, and February 20, 2020. We then sorted and analyzed
the data using Python software and Python package Jieba. We sought a suitable topic number
with evidence of the coherence number. We operated latent Dirichlet allocation topic modeling
with a suitable topic number and generated corresponding keywords and topic names. We then
divided these topics into different themes by plotting them into a 2D plane via multidimensional
scaling.
e. Resultados
After removing duplications and irrelevant reports, our search identified 7791 relevant
news reports. We listed the number of articles published per day. According to the
coherence value, we chose 20 as the number of topics and generated the topics’
themes and keywords. These topics were categorized into nine main primary themes
based on the topic visualization figure. The top three most popular themes were
prevention and control procedures, medical treatment and research, and global or local
social and economic influences, accounting for 32.57% (n=2538), 16.08% (n=1258), and
11.79% (n=919) of the collected reports, respectively.

3. Resumen:
a. Introducción (resumen)
In December 2019, a new coronavirus pneumonia outbreakemerged in Wuhan city, Hubei
Province, and rapidly spread acrossChina and 109 countries or regions around the world [1, 2].
The WorldHealth Organization (WHO) officially named the disease caused by thenovel
coronavirus as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). As ofMarch 10, 2020, COVID-19 had
affected 113702 patients, causing 4012deaths, constituting a major global health concern [2].
With the spreadof the epidemic, the etiology, epidemiology, and clinical characteristicsof
COVID-19 have gradually been recognized, but information aboutthe early diagnosis and
treatment of COVID-19 has derived mainly fromadult cases. The clinical characteristics and
epidemiological informa-tion of COVID-19 in children is still limited, with only
sporadicliterature reported [3–5], and more medical case information is re-quired. Here, we
summarize the clinical data from 10 confirmed casesof COVID-19 in children
b. Objetivo
We report the epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, and high-resolution CTfindings for these
children. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to describe the key results.
