 Food business is one of the most grossing


business at this moment and our location is
situated in a very suitable place for a coffee
shop also our food quality will be very good,so
our customers won’t be disappointed . We will
have a very high possibilities to meet up our
desire success.
 How will we achive the potential in
our business?

 Great business depend on developing three


“green lights”,or qualities that help the business
succeed : finding high–value customers ,offering
significent value to customers and delivering
significant margins. Great business models also
avoid three “Red Lights” that can derail a
business: difficulties in satisfying customers
,trouble maintaining market position,and
problems generating funding for growth.By
examining our own business to see if we meet
the criteria for success and more importantly to
correct any weakness we might have.

 How much money is required?


 We require 30-35 lacks to start the business.

 Writing about the industry we want


to start our business?
There are some popular name of coffee as
Expresso,Cappuchino,Americano,Caffee
Lattee,Cafau Lait,Caf Mocha,caramel Macchiato,and
may have other names of coffee.However we are
focusing in coffee that is more choice able by
customers.After a certain period of,multiple coffee
shops can be opened in different areas under our
brand name.

industry that has attracted us to
open a Business?
 Food business is growing much bigger than
before.We targeted a group of people who loves
coffee that makes us interested to open up a
business that is a demand of the time.

 Our mission is to be in a class above our


competitions by providing personalized service
and Excellent performance with dignity for
ourselves and our customers.

 Grouping our revenue,we choose to divide our


customers into 3 groups upon the number of
seats they have:
 1-5 small customers
 6-20 larger customers
 21+ medium customers

 Identifying our most important revenue stream


If we do the revenue pie we will end up with a pie
like this:
 30% of revenue is made by large customers
 50% of revenue is made by medium customers
 20% of revenue is made by small customers
 Within our most important revenue stream
identifying our best customers
 According to our pie our best customers are
medium customers,cause we are earning almost
50% from the medium customers.

 All of the local people are our customers but
mainly the students.
 Why have we chosen them:
 We have chosen them because of the area , the
place we have chosen to open our shop is
surrounded by school and colleges, as we know
most of the students are not independent that’s
why often they don’t have enough money to go
to a fancy restaurant.

As we are still students and we are not earning
right now that’s it will be an issue for us to raise
the capital
 Experience Issues:
We are new to the business and the market also,
so we might face some problems to operate the
business smoothly.
 Political barriers:
The political climate of the area we have chosen to
open our shop can have a major impact on our
business.

 Market offerings:

 We will be selling drinks items like Coffee, Juice,


and Milkshakes.
 We will have exceptional interior design and a
small collection of books and magazines for the
customers

 Market Strategy:
 Product: Good quality beverage items,
 Price: Affordable to all kinds of customers.
 Place: The place we have chosen is surrounded
by school and colleges like Scholastica,Herman-
meiner,Green field,Green heart.
 Promotion: We will promote our shop through
social media like Facebook, YouTube,
Instagram.

 Afrid Sarwar Khan will be in the management.


Emrul Kawsar Jishan will be the supplier of
materials and furnishers.
Neelima Mamun will look after the accounts.
Farjana Tasnur Noboni will handle the
promotion.
Concluding Statement
 The place we have chosen to open our shop is
very suitable for a coffee shop and then plan we
have prepared is for our business is very
competitive .The success rate of our business is
much high cause our shop will be the only
authentic coffee shop is that specific area so we
have high chances of getting a large amount of
customers and our 4P is much stronger. So we
are hoping that our business will be a successful
one.
