Framework Agreement for Consulting Services for Building Construction and

Associated Works not exceeding MUR 25 million

Pursuant to Section 29A of the Public Procurement Act, the Procurement Policy Office has
designated the Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport as “Lead Organisation” to
enter into and manage a Framework Agreement to enable Ministries/Departments to procure
consulting services for “Building Construction and Associated Works” of value not
exceeding Rs 25 million.

2. The following four consultancy firms have been retained under this Framework Agreement:

(i) Luxconsult (Mtius) Ltd;

(ii) Pixel Création Ltée;
(iii) Property Design & Management Consultants Ltd; and
(iv) Mega Design Ltd.

3. Ministries and Departments are strongly advised to make use of the above Framework
Agreement, which is intended to reduce lead time in project implementation while improving value
for money.
