Potato Lollipop June 2, 2020
Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potato
1/2 onions minced
1 cup coriander minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garlic mashed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
Directions:
1. in a small bowl take all-purpose flour and dissolve with cold water and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl mix together bread crumbs, red chili flakes, Italian seasonings and keep it
aside.
3. In a medium bowl add mashed potato, onions, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, ginger, garlic
paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt.
4. Mix them nicely and make balls dip them into your dissolved all purpose flour.
5. Take them out and roll them in bread crumbs.
6. Now roll each ball between your palms so that bread crumbs stick properly and don’t come
out while frying.
7. Fry them until golden brown.
8. Serve hot with dipping sauce you desire and,
9. Enjoy.
