I love my city. It’s not big, but it’s very beautiful. My favourite region is the park.

It is the center of many places where I spent my childhood. In the middle of the park we have a
beautiful church with paintings on the walls. In the summer, there are a lot of activities organised
there.

Also, near the park we have the primary school which I went to. I have a lot of good memories about
my teachers.

One of the interesting places that is also located near the park is the History Museum of Cahul. We
went with my classmates there and we spent a wonderful time. They have a lot of animals from this
region represented there and also a traditional house with all the household items from the 20 th
century.

Also, a nice place to visit is the “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” Theatre. They have many interesting
plays and sometimes they organize winter parties for kids where actors dress up as fairytale
characters. In the end children get presents and take photos with the actors.
