Vacuum tightness test

1、试验条件 testing condition

1.1 负 荷 要 求 80% 额 定 负 荷 以 上 。 More than 80% of rated load is
required.
1.2 真空不低于 70kPa。Vacuum is not less than 70kPa.

2、试验步骤 testing procedure

2.1 关闭射汽抽气器空气门。 Close the air of the two stage air ejector
and record the vacuum value。
2.2 试验持续 8 分钟，每隔 30s 记录一次。The test is lasting 8 minute
and record the vacuum values each 30 seconds。
2.3 如真空每分钟下降超过 800Pa，应停止试验。If vacuum decreases
greater than 800Pa/min，the test must be stopped。
2.4 计 算 后 5min 的 真 空 下 降 值 的 平 均 值 ， 该 值 应 不 大 于
533Pa /min。calculate the average value of vacuum decreases in the last
5min，it should less than 533Pa/min
