退出 1 组发电机空冷器试验

Test for one air cooler out

1、试验目的
当退出 1 组发电机空冷器时，机组能在 75%负荷下正常运行，定子绕组温度、转子绕组温
度、定子铁芯温度应不超过限值。
1. test purpose
2. when one air cooler out, the generator can running on 75% load，
Stator winding temperature, rotor winding temperature, stator core
temperature should not exceed the limits

2、试验步骤 test procedure

2.1 将机组负荷减至 75%；
2.2 关闭 1 组空冷器的进水阀；
2.3 运行 20 分钟，记录定子绕组温度、转子绕组温度、定子铁芯温度；
2.4 试验结束后，重新开启空冷器的进水阀；
2.5 调整机组负荷至正常值。

2、test procedure
2.1 reduced the load to 75%;
2.2 close the water inlet valve of one air cooler;
2.3 keep running for 20min, record the temperature of stator winding、rotor winding and stator core;
2.4 after the test, reopened the water inlet valve of the air cooler；
2.5 raise the unit load to normal.
