An ecosystem is a large community of living organisms—plants, animals, and microbes—in a

particular area. It is the complex living organisms, their physical environment, and all their interrelationships
in a particular unit of space.
In my collage, I chose the sun to outline the entirety of my visual message because the sun is the
primary and fundamental source of energy for all the magnificence that we behold in our world. As I studied
about the topic for this activity, I realized that despite the differences—be it appearance, environment, species
—we are all one. All of us, from the tiny ants that crawl among the cracks, to the gargantuan whales that sing
in the deep—all of us are united and one in this circle of life that encompasses the ecosystem. It made me
realize how all of us are deeply connected and intertwined. Thus, in my output you will see the organisms that
make up the various ecosystems in our world, its abiotic constituents (minerals, climate, soil, water, sunlight,
etc.) and its biotic constituents, consisting of all its living members. It also shows the different types of
ecosystems or biomes that flourish in Mother Nature, as well.
