    Weight is the force exerted by gravity and is measured in Newton's (N).

    Pressure is defined as the ratio of normal force to area at a point.
    P =F/A ---> F=PA
    The force due to the weight is caused by the gravitational pull of the Earth, while
    the force due to the pressure is caused by the increased pressure on the unit area.
