My Opinion:

To sum up, I have attempted to outline the scope for increasing the banking industries Operations
and competitiveness through information and communication technologies. I hope that this
conference will further deliberate on these issues and come out with the appropriate framework
to be developed through which all players will work together to establish the system to cater to
the requirements of the future. It is important that all the banking products be made available less
than one roof and provided in a seamless manner; otherwise, we would lose this opportunity.

a) This article is not fully written to the subject matter, where details study is needed

b) Author’s only took an opinion of the working factors by NRB and other not much relevant
sources.

c) Authors didn’t much clearly focus on next level of consequences.

d) The reference as he is taken is just surficial, does not fully cover out the surface matters.

To sum up, this article and authors just trying to show us (reader) in surficial study about how
digital platform playing role in the matter of generation X banking. The composition of
technology role and its impact on overall banking. If author had taken more deep study regarding
digital aspect, importance of data including all the view point of different commercial banks will
be more productive. The way he used the data are not much clear for the further replication. So,
there needs more ways to explain on subject matter.
