• Exhibit 10:- the statement given by the complainant during the filing of the case in the
police station not disputed.

• Exhibits -19 made by two panchas Shri Ashok Baban Deshmane and Khandu Dattu Shi-
tole.. called by the Investigating Officer for acting as Panchs in case, is not disputed.

• Exhibit 24 :-Memorandum of the say by accused in relation to the discovery of the Sickle
and the offence committed by him.

• Exhibit25 :- panchanama made as to the discovery of the Sickle and is admitted with its
description by the accused and is recorded.

• Exhibit 28:- Arrest of the Accused not disputed. (arrest made by the police in present of
arrest panchanama.)

• Exhibit 31:- arrest panchanama of Accused by the police Station not disputed. (arrest
made by the senior police officer of the police station by informing the near person of the
family of the accused.)

• Exhibit 32:- Seizure of the clothes of accused by the police not disputed.(the panchanama
done by the police of the clothes of accused)
• Exhibit 33 &34: - blood samples of the first informant collected by the medical officer
not disputed.(reports of the collection of the blood samples of the complainant and cer-
tificate issued by the medical officer.)
