Federal Ministry of Health launched Primary Health Care Clinical Guideline initiative with the
aim to improve quality and compassionate care at health Centers throughout the country.
The initiative has four pillars: Primary Care Clinical Guideline, Training, Health system
strengthening and Monitoring and evaluation. To successfully implement the initiative
adequate number of the guidelines and training materials should be prepared and timely
distributed to facilities.

Therefore, the intent of this letter is to request your esteemed organization to print and
deliver the documents specified in the attached sheet.
