This pertains to the housing structures you have entered into with the undersigned.
Please be reminded that the advances you have incurred is already ONE HUNDRED
MILLION as of APril 6, 2023.

In connection therewith, I am formally serving you this legal demand to update your
work within ten (10) days upon the receipt thereof and to complete the aforesaid
stru ctures. Otherwise, much to our regret, we shall have no other recourse but to
initiate the necessary legal proceedings to protect our best interest without further
notice.

On the other hand, the undersigned highly prefer that you settle this obligation
extra-judically and directly with us within the aforesaid period to save you from the
difficulties, inconvenience, and additional expenses of court litigation.
