The two USB flash drives shown below are very important:

• The Black & Silver Lincoln Electric Cutting Systems flash drive:
• Contains ALL of your Torchmate Assembly and Operation Instructions. You will need this
information during setup of your machine. Please read it carefully.
• Also contains the installer program for the VMD Software for the Accumove™ 2 and 3.
• Before beginning machine assembly or operation, please put this drive into your computer
and locate all pertinent assembly & operation information for your machine. You must view
PDF files with Adobe Reader. (install Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/ )
• If you have trouble locating or opening the files you need for your machine, call the Technical
Support number below.

• The Orange USB flash drive:

• Is the security key to use the Torchmate CAD software. It must be present in your computer
whenever you use the Torchmate CAD software.
• If it is not installed before you open a Torchmate CAD drawing or if it is removed during while
working on the drawing, all information in the drawing file WILL be lost.
• Because of the special electronic security device inside, the term used for this flash drive is a
“security dongle”. Although flash memory is also in the dongle, we recommend against using
this device for file storage.
• Please make a record of the serial numbers on the dongle, and have them handy whenever
you call Technical Support. It functions as your Torchmate CAD license and if damaged or lost
can cost 20 times more than a standard flash drive to replace.
