The scheme guidelines are enclosed herewith. The scheme is being implemented & monitored by the Directorate or Industries (DO!) as a Single Nodal Agency at the State level under the administrative control of the Government of Maharashtra for a period of 2019-20 to 2023-24, The said scheme will be implemented at district level through District Industries Centers (DICs) and State Khadi & Village Industries Board (MSKVIB) and also by banks. For effective implementation of the scheme during 2019-20 you may give wide publicity through print media, electronic media and through various work-shops etc. The scheme guidelines may be communicated to the all implementing agencies in your jurisdictions. itis therefore, informed to implement the scheme forthe year 2019-20.
