You are all members of the executive team working for Apple Computer. The Board of Directors has
asked that you to prepare a 12 to 15-minute video presentation on the use of the above management tools
may have on Apple’s ongoing decision making. They would like you to demonstrate how Apple could
use the above tools in its business activities and how they can help contribute to the profitability of Apple.

You are free to use YouTube or any other medium whereby we can access in class to view. You can also
choose to record the traditional way. You must bring in a USB of your presentation to the class as well.
What is expected:

• Clearly presented assigned topic (and stayed within the topic)
• Organization (Introduction, conclusion, logic & transitions, etc)
• Verbal expression (clarity, appropriate accounting terminology, etc)
• Fair participation of each group member
• Video presentation (We must see you presenting)
• Respected time delay (12 min)
• Answered questions appropriately post presentation
• Demonstrated valiant effort
• Addressing Apple Board of Directors directly
• Explained clearly the profit connection with the subject matter to the Board of
Directors
• Overall professionalism of presentation
• Originality/creativity
