Few places offer such a variety of sports, both professional and nonprofessional, as the Miami
area. There are extensive opportunities for aquatic activities -swimming, water skiing, skin
diving, fishing, and boating- as well as for golf (over 40 courses), tennis, shuffleboard, bowling,
and other sports.

In this particular cuisine, there are dishes such as rice with chicken, beans with rice, tostones, varieties of
paella, cooked yucca, roast suckling pig, chicken or lamb with tomato and peppers, pork chops, the classic
Cuban rice with tomato sauce and fried plantains.
