Works powers for processing Works cases, procedure mentioned in Defence Works
Procedure (DWP), any subsidiary instructions of MoD on the subject may be followed. As regards
financial powers till DWP is finalized, the existing powers delegated in 2006 may remain in force
for cases without ‘IFA concurrence’. The ‘with IFA concurrence’ powers shall be as per DFPDS-
2015.
