philosophy which means that there is a great desire
from the board of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina to
make history with good achievements and answer the
challenges of being able to contribute to the
Almamater and the Nation in terms of education and
science in the field of Petroleum Industry, bearing in
mind the age of the organization that has just reached
the second year, so it needs to make many new
initiatives and movements.

Many internal thoughts that with the age of this

relatively young organization have not been able to do
many things like what similar organizations have done
with more age and experience.

Therefore, this tagline was sparked to ignite the

enthusiasm of the administrators who will continue to
be shouted out together in every meeting and event to
give an understanding that we can do anything even
though there are doubts and uncertain things while
there are great will, effort tireless, and good
cooperation. Better to regret having done something
than regret never to do something.

1. Fiscus Perforation
Fiscus Perforation is the name of the work program of the treasurer of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina which consists of
2 words. Fiscus istaken from Greek which means 'income' while Perforation is the name of the cabinet IATMI SM
Universitas Pertamina Period 2019-2020. This work program aims to increase prots (income) while promoting the
organization of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina among the academics of Universitas Pertamina. Fiscus Perforation sells a
variety of merchandise such as stickers, fabric keychains, metal keychains, pouches, and clothes. Each merchandise has
a design with elements of engineering and petroleum engineering that makes students always feel the spirit of
engineering when using our products.

2. Coordination and MoU Meeting with HMTM Spruda

Coordination Meeting and MoU with HMTM Spruda is one of the activities jointly
initiated by the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina with the "Spruda" Petroleum
Engineering Student Association of Universitas Pertamina (HMTM Spruda UP) which
aims to create collaboration and cooperation agreements between the two
organizations. This meeting runs with the presentation of work programs for the next
1 period by each organization followed by a discussion of work programs that will be
compiled and made together. In addition to the Coordination Meeting that was held,
this activity ended with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
between the two organizations.
Achievements: Work programs that will be carried out simultaneously include
Completion UP 2019 (Competition, Learning, and Exhibition of Universitas
Pertamina 2019) and Separators (Smart Work Preparation for Millennial
Petroleum Engineers). May 16, 2019
The MoU was signed by the Chairman of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina

 3. Sharing Session
Sharing Session, is one of the work programs of the Main Board (BPI) of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina in
collaboration with departments under Main Board’s aim to establish friendship and discuss several plans to hold work programs
together with IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina with related parties.

Attending the Central IATMI Halal Bihalal is one of the activities carried out by the Main Board (BPI) IATMI SM Universitas
Pertamina to establish a relationship with the Central IATMI and other IATMI SM who were present at the event while
listening to the contents of the campaign, vision and mission, and work programs which will be brought by each
candidate for Chairman of the IATMI Center for the 2019-2022 Period.
In addition, the Program was also continued with Debate and Questioning between Candidates for Chairman of

5. Sahur On the Road 2019

Sahur On the Road aims to distribute sahur food to people in
need in the area around the Universitas Pertamina’s Campus.
This activity is based on one of the color philosophies of the
Kabinet Perforasi, namely brown. Brown has a strong, bold and
down to earth meaning. Grounded to be a strong foundation
in sharing with others which is a form of gratitude and gratitude

 1. Benchmarking Regional 2019
IATMI SM inaugural meeting activities in the Jakarta and West Java region
which aims to maintain friendship and improve kinship between IATMI SM in
the Jakarta and West Java region and discuss several topics such as follow-up
from the National Benchmarking discussion on central IATMI support to IATMI
SM and the National Benchmarking planning design 2020 which is located in
Jakarta. This event was attended by 7 IATMI SM in Jakarta and West Java.
Among others, IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina, IATMI SM Akamigas Balongan,
IATMI SM Bandung Institute of Technology, IATMI SM Bandung Science
Technology Institute, IATMI SM Bhayangkara University Jakarta Jaya, IATMI SM

2. Benchmarking National 2019

The inaugural meeting of the National IATMI SM, which aims to maintain
friendship and improve the kinship between IATMI SM throughout Indonesia,
discusses several topics that are usually held at annual benchmarking.
The 2019 National Benchmarking was held in Jogjakarta on 4-6 October
2019. The committee of the 2019 National Benchmarking was the
Jogjakarta IATMI SM Regional (IATMI SM UPN, IATMI SM UII, IATMI SM
UP45) and the event was managed by Mr. Anggoro from IATMI SM UPN.
This national meeting was held to establish friendship and establish synergy
between IATMI SM throughout Indonesia, this event was also attended by
Mr. IATMI Secretary General Hadi Ismoyo.

3. Evening Talks

this event are professionals who take part in the oil and gas industry and the audience is the academics of

a theme that is weighted but delivered in a relaxed way. Audience Evening Talk 4.0 is a Jakarta

student majoring in Petroleum Engineering from various forces. The quota number of this 50 People
event is limited to only 50 people with the aim of creating closeness between the speaker
and audience so that it can produce a more conducive and focused atmosphere.

4. Discussion Day #1
In Discussion Day # 1 reviewing the quite shocking events of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, Discussion Day # 1
carries the headline "YYA-Well PHE ONWJ Accidents" In Discussion Day # 1, it is hoped that the discussion participants
can throw opinions on the root causes of this event. with the method of thinking systematically with the point of view of
Drilling Techniques and Completion Work Over that have been obtained in class, and discussion participants must
convey their thoughts properly and in accordance with the procedures for delivering opinions that have been taught in
Creative Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. The Discussion Day # 1 is expected to be able to broaden students'
insights and knowledge on how to discuss things properly and correctly and provide more insight into events that have
occurred at PHE Offshore Northwest Java with discussions on the side of Drilling Engineering and Completion.
In addition, by holding this event it is hoped that Discussion Day will become a routine event and become a culture of
IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina which reects that IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina is an organization that has members
who have broad, critical insight and have a mindset to always learn things especially in the energy sector.

5. Discussion Day #2
There is Discussion Day # 2 reviewing some of the fundamen-
tals of knowledge in the eld of Drilling Engineering which April 25, 2019
will later be used as learning material to prepare during the
practical work process or nal project preparation from Zoom Online
petroleum engineering students. Basic drilling which was Meeting
discussed in the Discussion Day # 2 session covered
Hydraulics Optimization, Directional Drilling, and 30+ People
Preparation of practical work, especially in the eld of
Drilling Engineering.
With Discussion Day # 2, it is expected that students will be better prepared to face practical
work later because knowledge of Drilling Engineering has been given. By holding Discussion
Day # 2, it is hoped that it can broaden students' insights and knowledge on how to discuss
properly and correctly and provide more insight into basic Drilling Engineering and Tips and
Tricks in doing practical work. In addition, by holding this event it is hoped that Discussion
Day will become a routine event and become a culture of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina
which reects that IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina is an organization that has members
who have broad, critical insight and have a mindset to always learn things especially in
the energy sector.

6. 2nd Anniversary of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina

The IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina Anniversary celebration is a work program of the Department of Public Relations of
IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina in the context of appreciation and celebration of the continuation of IATMI SM Universitas
Pertamina for 2 years. The concept of the 2 nd anniversary celebration program is combined with the work program of the
Department of Human Resource Development at IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina, which is the Night of Familiarity
(Makrab). The anniversary celebration event was celebrated simply, but had a fairly strong impression, where the event
began with the disclosure of impressions and messages from the chairman, vice chairman, representatives of the Main
Board, chairman of Quality Control and all heads of departments, followed by a photo session of each department and
closed by cutting the cone of rice by the chairman and vice chairman and a joint lunch session. The 2nd anniversary
celebration was held at Puncak Bogor, in January 2020. This event was attended by almost all the management of the
IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina Kabinet Perforasi.

 1. Project X Dossen
Is one of the work programs of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina. In this project lecturer, we opened the
opportunity for members or non-members of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina to collaborate with Mr. Agus Rudiyono in
developing modules for the training "Petroleum Economic and Decision Analysis and Lean Sigma Oil and Gas." We are
looking for people who can work hard and have good knowledge of oil and gas, can speak English well, can expand
software or excel spreadsheets and are also able to make leaets/course yers. If you have all that, don't hesitate to
register yourself.

2. Drilling Software Training 2019

Drilling software training, hereinafter abbreviated as DST, is one of the work programs of the Department of
Professionalism of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina. In carrying out this DST activity, IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina
cooperated directly with PT. Halliburton Indonesia. In this activity students are given an introduction and training on
Landmark Software of PT. Halliburton Indonesia. This training software can give a picture to students about how to use
and apply material, especially Drilling Techniques that have been obtained in lectures to be simulated in software such
as Vertical Well and Directional Well Design. besides that, students also get modules and case studies as training
material in solving an existing problem in the oil eld.

3. STEAM UP 2.0
STEAM UP 2.0 is one of the work programs of the Department of Professionalism of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina.
In this activity students will be given an introduction and training on software used in oil and gas well production
modeling. This training software can give an overview to students on how to use and apply the material that has been
obtained in lectures to be simulated in a related software. Students will also be given modules and case studies as
training material in solving an existing problem in the oil eld. STEAM UP 2.0 consists of a session of introducing
production software, and then there is training on production software for 4 times each week. The outline of the
material provided consisted of 4 discussion topics, namely regarding oil and gas production modeling, reservoir
material balance analysis modeling, basic and advanced oil and gas system performance network modeling.

4. SSBOP 1.0 (Seminar and Simulation Budgeting of Plan)

SSBOP is a superior work program from the Department of Professionalism of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina.
In this activity students will be given an introduction to the concepts and objectives of the WP&B and AFE processes in
the development of the oil and gas eld. This introduction can give new insight to students about the processes in the
development of oil and gas elds that are not taught directly in lectures. The introduction of the WP&B and AFE process
will be carried out with a seminar held with material that will be delivered by professionals from SKK Migas. 93 PE student
from Universitas Pertamina, Tanri Abeng University, Universitas Bhayangkara Jaya and Institut Teknologi Bandung.

 5. IATMI ENERGY TRIP
Energy Trip is one of the programs designed by the Department of Professionalism of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina
in an effort to increase students' insights and experiences of the conditions, problems and conditions in the oil and gas
eld directly. From this activity students can implement the knowledge gained in college and be able to analyze
related activities and problems in the eld. Students are given the opportunity to visit several locations, namely:
HSSE Demo Room PT. Pertamina EP Cepu Asset 4 Cepu Field, Centralund Processing Plant (CPP) Gundih, Wonocolo
Traditional Oil Mining, and Oil well in Kawengan district.

4. Trial Process and PEMILU IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina 2020

The Trial Process is a mechanism for electing the chair of IATMI SM
Universitas Pertamina which promotes justice for each executive board
of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina who is currently serving by carrying
out concepts such as t & proper tests and actual hearings. The trial
process is divided into 3 parts :
1. Presentation of Candidates for Head of IATMI SM Universitas
Pertamina
2. Question and answer session
3. Deliberation
The 2020 process trial was held by KPU IATMI SM Universitas
Pertamina 2020, which was attended by the Management of IATMI
SM Universitas Pertamina Kabinet Perforasi and the Chairman of
HMTM SPRUDA and SPWLA UP SC. . This trial process resulted in
a decision that Chairman IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina candidate
Dandy Karunia Wijaya from PE-2017 deserves to be the chair of
IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina with the condition to re-present February 29, 2020
other requirements that have been attached together with the Airy Room,
decree signed by the Department Representative, the Chairman Kebayoran Lama
of the HMTM SPRUDA and SPWLA UP SC, and the Chairman
of KPU IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina 2020.

5. Focus Group Discussion and Interview 2020

Open Recruitment for the board IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina toward the
working period of 2020/2021 with a Focus Group Discussion and Interview
mechanism in which for the process of the total 63 registrants the board was
divided into groups of 5 participants. Furthermore, interviews were held with
the participants, which later the results of the two stages were used as
benchmarks in the selection of administrators to become part of IATMI SM
Universitas Pertamina for the period 2020/2021.

 6. Work Meeting OF IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina
In this activity, there was also an introduction session on work program ideas for each department of IATMI SM
Universitas Pertamina. Underlying this activity is to create a holistic harmony that can advance and develop
human resources in an organization, especially IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina. Therefore, IATMI SM Universitas
Pertamina Department of Human Resource Development took the initiative to make this event so that we can
compile and unite the work program of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina which is intended for 2019/2020 working
period and also for students of the exploration and production technology faculty, especially oil engineering study
programs. We hope that with this activity IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina can be even better in the future. This
event is packaged in the form of "Presentation of Work Meeting". On the rst day, the event began with the
opening by the Chairman of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina, then continued the presentation of work program
ideas by each department. To form a conclusion on the rst day that is the composition of the work program of
each department. On the second day, the activities were carried out with discussion and unication of the entire
work program of the Kabinet Perforasi and ended with breaking the fast together.

7. Makrab IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina

IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina is an organization that becomes a place for students especially Petroleum Engineering
with a variety of work programs compiled by functionaries together to develop Petroleum engineering students. The
students who are administrators/functionaries of IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina are selected from students of 2016
year to 2018 year. The different personalities of the management can be a limit for functionaries in working together
to carry out work programs that have been arranged together. In an organization, there is a need for intimacy between
management to make maximum use of the resources of each executive. Without an introduction and a good
relationship between the management, there is the possibility of disunity and the work program that has not been
planned. In this event, we raised the theme of "Friendly" which is expected that the students of the board of IATMI SM
Universitas Pertamina can also know the importance of maintaining relationships with one another.

COMPLETION UP 2019 continued the next activity, namely the National Seminar in Auditorium Universitas Pertamina
and Exhibition at Universitas Pertamina ABC Sports Hall on Monday, November 25, 2019. With the theme:
"Digital Transformation for Indonesia Energy Security". The National Seminar was attended by approximately 120
participants both from Universitas Pertamina and from other universities such as Tanri Abeng University, Trisakti, etc.
The exhibiton that was carried out at GOR ABC Universitas Pertamina presented the results of previous competitions
such as Paper and Poster, Oil Rig, etc. And also added with the existence of FTEP booths ranging from Geology,
Geophysics, and Petroleum which provide an overview of the exploration process to exploitation. The exhibition was
attended by approximately 220 visitors.

 4. PROTECT 2020
PROTECT 2020 is a work program from the Department of Competition of the IATMI SM Universitas Pertamina and the
Petroleum Engineering Student Association (HMTM "Spruda"). PROTECT 2020 has three series of events, namely pre-
event, main event, and post event.

A Pre - Event
Pre-event PROTECT 2020 is an event before the core of this activity. In the PROTECT 2020 pre-event there are four
series of events namely, Software Training "Navigator", PROTECT 2020 x Companions, Company Visit to Baker Hughes,
and nally the Grand Seminar.

Software Training “tNavigator”

This activity is the rst series of events from PROTECT

2020. The place and time of the event was carried out
in Room 2402 - 2403 of Universitas Pertamina Computer
Lab on December 21, 2019. The purpose of this activity
was to facilitate students both inside and outside the
Universitas Pertamina campus to learn one of the software
commonly used in the oil and gas industry exploration
and production sector, namely "tNavigator". The trainer
in this activity is Axel Indro Ofcer.
PROTECT2020 x Sahabat Isyarat
This activity is the second activity of the PROTECT2020 pre-event.
This activity is a social activity where Universitas Pertamina students
and the general public learn and understand Sign Language. The
purpose of this activity is to create the formation of a social soul /
awareness to fellow humans, especially for people who have
disabilities. The time and place of the activity was carried out on
February 1, 2020 and took place at Griya Legita Universitas
Pertamina. The speaker in this activity was Bagja Prawira, with
instructors from PUBISINDO and translators from PLJ

Company Visit to Baker Hughes

This activity is the third activity of the PROTECT 2020 Pre-event. This
activity has the theme "One Day Being a Baker Worker" which aims to
provide understanding and information to participants about the
petroleum industry and business activities of Baker Hughes. This
activity is open for 25 Universitas Pertamina students. This activity was
carried out on February 10, 2020
GRAND SEMINAR PROTECT 2020
This activity is the nal series of activities of the PROTECT 2020 Pre-
event. With the theme "Empowering Potential, Institutions, and Human
Resources Towards Massive EOR Implementation in Indonesia".
The purpose of this activity is to discuss the EOR implementation
program in Indonesia on a massive scale. In this activity the
professionals gave a good explanation of the EOR plan in Indonesia.

The Protect 2020 main event is a core series of the PROTECT 2020 event, the core event of PROTECT 2020 is a
competition between campuses at the national level. There are 4 types of competitions carried out, namely Smart
Competition, Paper and Poster Competition, Oil Rig Design Competition, and Well Design Competition which was held
on March 14, 2020 by using certain rooms and platforms. Competition Day consists of the Grand Opening,
competition sessions, ishoma, and exhibition (exhibition).

competition that has been carried out at the Main Event. Due to the issue of the Corona virus, the event continued but

PDH TERMS OF USE

1. It is recommended to use PDH every Tuesday.
