Besides from these two errors, we also have random errors and systematic errors. The

first type of error occurs when the researcher fails to find the same results with the same data

sample in different trials. With the second type, systematic errors on the other hand are the ones

that are not noticed immediately. According to the southeastern university, systematic errors “are

reproducible inaccuracies that are consistently in the same direction” (n. d.). In other terms, the

use of the same instrument for example overtime may give different results because the

instrument efficacy decreases as time passes by.
