This law is followed in karachi and is not being violated.Every citizen is treated
equally before the law.
This article is being practiced in karachi because we should raise our voices and
should fight for ourselves and should ask judges for fair trials.

This law is followed in Karachi and is not being violated. It starts with a trial in the
court and if you are proven innocent they let you of.

Article 16,right to marriage and family
This is partially practised because forced marriages is one one the serious
problem and they are very few families which ask their children before doing their
marriage
This is partially practised because the properties of poor people are taken over by
the rich and the poor are struggling because they do not have enough money to
gain their rights

ideas for some changes and tell their opinion without any fear

Article 21, Right to participate in government and elections:
This right is upheld and is being followed in Karachi. Every Person has a right to participate in the elections which
are held in their city. The government should be elected fairly.
This right is partially in Karachi. A new law will be approved in Sindh so that every labourer and worker in the
province regardless of the status of his employment and workplace including cab and rickshaw drivers will get the
due social security protection.
This right is partially in Karachi because people gets payed in jobs by their ranks. They don’t get paid equally. For
example the CEO gets paid more than typical worker.
Article 24, Right to rest and leisure:
This right is partially in Karachi. Everyone has the right to rest and leisure including reasonable limitation of working
hours and periodic holidays with pay but some schools and offices which are Muslims don’t give holidays for
christmas, halloween, easter day and etc.
This is partially in Karachi because many people are needy and cannot afford it. Poor governance and political
insecurity have further added to the issues faced by religious discrimination.
