The aim of this proposal is to give some ideas for the acceptation and integration of refugees in

our town.

As the Council must be aware, these refugees aren’t coming to our country because that’s
their wish, in fact, they are in necessity. Therefore, it is a responsibility for our country and our
town to accept them, and help them to integrate.

It is suggested to assign them a place to stay, the use of some areas for their temporary
residence, could be the area for the fair in our town that is only used once a year, a camp
could be set there. In fact, we could even take advantage of this, as it would be a perfect
experience for most of young population to learn more about other cultures and overall, about
compassion.

On the other hand, it can be true, and it is often said that refugees can be dangerous, as in
every society there are some undesirable subjects that are keen on stealing, assaulting and all
kind of dangerous behaviours for the local population.

Were these recommendations to be implemented, the problem can be easily solved by

imprisoning the criminals or by simply deporting them back to their country. But it is our duty
to take care of the people in need.

To sum up, I would strongly recommend the acceptance of refugees in our town, giving them a
series of rights and responsibilities as every other human being.
