Overall Personal Reflection

This class has taught me a lot of information not only about fitness and health and also
the underlying causes of problems that can go along way. With this class, I have learned to stay
healthy and adding on regular exercises and watch what I eat. I learned a lot from the first
assignment due to having an in depth understanding what being healthy means.

Having a planned diet and exercise are very positive towards maintaining a better and
healthier lifestyle. Physical and mental well being also plays a part in it although these are the
part of the six dimensions to wellness. Each of the dimensions play a huge roll in our lives which
is physical, social, emotional, intellectual, occupational/financial, and spiritual wellness.

Just like in project two which focuses mainly on healthful changes in my daily routine
and are certain to become a weekly or towards a long-term goal. I have listed a handful of foods
that I have been eating and watching the calorie intakes that I have been taking but throughout
the week I started adjusting to my diet and including more exercise and watching what I eat
because I lost track of keeping track of what I ate and almost ate anything that I wanted, so I
went strict on my diet with my exercise that leads me to losing weight and being able to be fit
again. I think that.

Overall, I am happy with the end results in the class. I have slowly and surely achieved
my goals throughout the semester and learned a lot of things about the class specially with health
and wellness information. I also learned that there are so many things to look for and be aware of
because everything that I do to my body will either have a long-lasting effect. Therefore, I have
learned to monitor myself and still maintain my happiness.
