What aspects could be improved in the business plan in order to make it contribute in a
more complete way to the elaboration of more competitive advantages?
Personally speaking, it seems to me that the main ones that can be improved in the business
plan so that it contributes more fully to the elaboration of more competitive advantages
could be named:
- The business plan should become the roadmap that will trace the course of the
business. Therefore, it is important to review and update, according to the
conditions that can be changed after opening a business.
- Reasonable limits must be placed on future long-term projections.
- A thorough study of the competition should be done, the strengths and opportunities
of the competition should not be underestimated, nor the strategies to mitigate the
answers and counteract the weaknesses of the competition.
- You must be realistic to the situation and make the business plan according to
reality, without being optimistic, but being moderate.
