aprender un idioma”

• What communication problem did you find between the two parties? The
interviewers do not know the English language for that reason they did not
understand the answers of the interviewees but the gentlemen did understand the
Spanish language because their answers were consistent with the few questions
asked. The problem that exists between the two parties is that they must know the
language of each of the communications communicated.

• Was the information given by the speakers correct? Justify your answer. It was
not correct since what the gentlemen would answer the speakers understood it in a
wrong way which gave many misunderstandings.

• List other similar situations that you know where this problem occurs. When we
go to other countries and do not understand the local language of the area, which
makes it difficult for us to move and learn from the culture, another situation in the
workplace because there are technical words in all languages which we must
handle. Like when we meet other people from other places it makes
communication difficult.

• What conclusion of this situation? We need to try to learn the language that is
recognized as a universal language and that is handled in different variables such
as social and labor. On this we can say that the importance of learning a language
is based.
