To whom it may concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Angeline Xu for an elementary teaching

position. I had the wonderful opportunity to be her third-grade teaching partner at
Meadowlark Elementary School during the 2017-2018 school year. We collaborated
daily, discussed student needs, curriculum, and shared ideas.

At Meadowlark School, Ms. Xu is a team player and has the best interest for her
students. She works hard and is good at creating engaging and fun projects for her
students. Furthermore, Ms. Xu is amazing at teaching the curriculum using a SMART
board to address students’ learning abilities and needs in a variety of ways. Ms. Xu's
experience with anything related to Google Docs is extremely helpful and made our
team's planning easier. In addition, she is very resourceful and creates innovative
lessons, which her students enjoy very much.

Beyond the content of the classroom, Ms. Xu is incredibly caring. She strives to build
a positive rapport with each of her students so they feel cared for and safe in her
classroom. She practices positive behavior and classroom management.

Ms. Xu is responsible, patient, and committed to being successful, caring and

dedicated. She spends a lot of time preparing for her lessons. She is willing to adjust
her lessons to maximize her students’ learning. Ms. Xu is eager to continually improve
her practices as well and is eager to try new strategies and methods if it serves the
needs of her students.

I am pleased to recommend Ms. Xu for a position in your school district and have
confidence that she will have a positive impact on her students, fellow staff, and
