Sub: Concession on Late Fee Charges

Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, I would like to state that, I am a student
of MS-CS(IT- 3rd quarter) (Reg. # 1442-213018). Due to financially problems I
did not pay my university fees on time so on behalf of university rules I have to
pay 7500/- late fee charges which I am not be able to pay this amount.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant my appeal and
concession me on late fee charges.
