emergencies. After pressing “0,” the automated voice stated that there was not an
operator available. Mr. Martin was unable to get the protection that he needs.

Richard Martin, Esq just called the US Marshals (202-307-9100) to request the
needed protection for the third time. “Steven” gaslit Mr. Martin, would not connect
him with his supervisor and transferred him to a line that no one answered. Very
vulgarly asked Mr. Martin what his “job” was after Mr. Martin stated that he was an
Officer of the Federal Judiciary.
