Applicants are required to apply for UKM

admission through online system
(http://join.ukm.my) OR applicants already
received the UKM Admission Offer letter

Applicants download the scholarship application

form from The UKM Graduate Centre or Centre for
Educational Extension’s website Secretariat will assess all
submission

Applicants fill out the scholarship application Does not fulfill

form and prepare supporting documents the criteria

Application will be
rejected and applicant
The completed scholarship application form and
documents need to be sent to The UKM Graduate will be notified
Centre via email
