Sub – Reversal of funds due to unintended transfer (गलत पैसे ट् रां सफर करने के सांदर्भ में )

I, ________________<name>, want to dispute the transaction mentioned in Table 1 below. I hereby

undertake and agree to indemnify and shall keep Paytm Payments Bank Limited (PPBL) indemnified and
harmless, against all claims demands, actions legal proceedings made against PPBL by any person,
individual, bank, entity for the stated transaction and losses, costs (including legal fees and expenses),
damages, consequences etc. of whatsoever nature if any, suffered and / or incurred by PPBL with respect
to such refund of aforementioned transaction amounts. I also undertake that in the event of any dispute on
the claim of such transaction and/or inaccuracy, mismatch of any details submitted by the undersigned,
PPBL is authorized to block my wallet / account till the time the same is settled.

कर दरिर करतर है , तो मैं एकमरत्र लिम्मेदरर व्यल्लि रहूँ गर/रहां गी| अगर इस लििरलदत ट् रां सक्शन के ललए PPBL के
ल्लिलरफ कोई करनूनी करयभिरही की जरती है तो मैं नुक्सरन, लगत (करनूनी लगत और समय सलहत), क्षलत, पररिरम
आलद की लिम्मेदररी रितर/रिती हूँ । मैं यह र्ी मरनतर / मरनती हूँ की इस ट् रां सक्शन के दरिे पर लकसी र्ी लििरद की
ल्लिलि में, जब तक की लनपटररर नहीां लकयर जरतर है , PPBL को मेरे िॉलेट/ िरते को ब्लॉक करने के ललए अलिकृत
लकयर जरतर है
